Indiana Attorney General Offers Help to Troubled Ticketholders

Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill is offering guidance to consumers who have purchased tickets to concerts, sporting events and other activities that have been canceled or postponed in the wake of coronavirus concerns. If you purchased ticket for an event, Hill advises you to check the fine print on your tickets to see if your purchase is refundable. If you are unsure, contact the venue from which your tickets were purchased. In circumstances where terms being offered by the ticket entity are not what were previously advertised, or if you see unexpected charges related to a cancellation, first, try to contact the venue. If unsuccessful, you can report those issues to the Attorney General using their online complaint form.
