Josh Turner to Perform First Responder Appreciation Concert in the Region

MCA Nashville recording artist Josh Turner is set to perform a First Responder Appreciation Concert at the Porter County Fairgrounds on Saturday, August 21, 2021, an event to benefit first responder training in the Northwest Indiana region. Turner’s chart-topping hits include “Your Man,” “Would You Go With Me,” “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” and “All Over Me,” and for nearly two decades, he has been one of country music’s most recognizable voices.

Tickets for the concert are on sale now at www.maacfoundation.com . Gates will open at 6 pm at the fairgrounds with the concert beginning at 8 pm. All seating will be general admission – attendees are asked to bring a chair or blanket. No outside food or coolers will be allowed. All proceeds will support training for firefighters, law enforcement and EMS personnel.

The Multi Agency Academic Cooperative (MAAC) has developed a state-of-the-art campus in Valparaiso providing safety, emergency preparedness, and response training to meet the training requirements and objectives of departments locally, regionally, and statewide.
